The purpose of this organization is to promote friendship and cultural interaction for all people and to provide services for its registered members. It will also strive to provide opportunities and benefits for its members by facilitating the exchange of information between China and Chinese students studying abroad and by defending the rights of its members on campus as well as in the United States. Chinese Student & Scholar Association (CSSA) serves as the representative of the rights and obligations of Chinese students and scholars of Florida State University on campus as well as in the United States. It is a student organization dedicated to the goal of promoting social, intellectual and cultural activities for Chinese students and scholars at Florida State University.
